Support TJ's Journey to a New Smile

Hi, my name is Jayci and I am the devoted wife to Tj Moore! I am fundraising for an amazing opportunity Tj has come to recently that we are looking for anyone who can to help!

For some backstory:

On September 02, 2019, Tj had ended his battle with addiction to alcohol and narcotics. He has spent the last 4 years pouring himself into his recovery program and building a life he can only thank god for. He now works for Pinnacle Peak Recovery as a clinical outreach specialist helping people receive the help he was given in many times of his life.

Something that some but not all succumb too with drug addiction is teeth decay/infections. Shortly after meeting Tj in late 2020, he had developed multiple tooth infections that resulted in an emergent dental appointment. At that appointment is when we were told Tj unfortunately could not save his top row of teeth. In February of 2021, Tj had 18 of his teeth extracted and was left with 11 of his bottom teeth. To this day, Tj is greatly affected by this life changing surgery in many ways. Ordering food at a restaurant, smiling at business partners, and even looking in the mirror. As his wife, I have witnessed the emotional toll this has taken on him.

To this day:

Tj was contacted by an old business associate that gave him a glimpse of hope to his future. A dentist they are well associated with was given Tj's story and offered to drastically cut the price of replacing his teeth as an opportunity to help a recovering addict. We are GREATLY appreciative of this doctor and their willingness to help with a procedure that would typically run us $50,000.

We are told to gather as much as we can in order to get this procedure and give TJ the smile and confidence any one who knows him would know he deserves.

Anyone who knows us knows asking for help is not in our nature, but after given this opportunity we want to make it public to those who may be able to help. PLEASE do not donate if you are unable, but those who are able even $1 helps.
