We’re coming together to support our incredible friend, T.J. Lynch — because he’s always been the one lifting everyone else up, and now it’s our turn to lift him.

T.J. is a passionate personal trainer, a dedicated musician spreading love through his Loving Roots Rock music, and a talented reclaimed-wood artist who pours soul into everything he creates. His life’s mission has always been helping others grow — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. His motto has always been “No Better Day” — and he truly lives it.

What Happened

Recently, T.J. suffered a bilateral proximal hamstring avulsion while picking up speed running — in simple terms: one hamstring completely tore off the bone, the other is hanging by a thread, and he also sustained glute, labrum, and cartilage damage in both hips.

He’s now unable to walk normally, bend, lift his legs, or even sit comfortably without severe pain. MRI results confirmed just how serious — and urgent — this is.

Why He Needs Our Help

To prevent permanent damage and lifelong pain, T.J. needs immediate surgery to reattach both hamstrings. Without it, he may never regain full mobility or be able to return to the work and passions that define him.

Here’s the challenge:

T.J. is self-employed, which means no work = no income.

He currently does not have health insurance.

The cost of surgery, imaging, care, and rehabilitation will reach tens of thousands of dollars.

On top of that, T.J. will need a good amount of time off from work to heal and complete physical therapy.

T.J. will need to take time off work to heal and complete up to 80/100 physical therapy ssssions.

This funding will not only help cover his surgery and medical expenses, but also give him the financial breathing room to focus fully on his recovery without the stress of lost income.

T.J. has always given everything to his community — now it’s our chance to give back.
