Hi! We’re Briana, Bianca, and Brandon — the owners of Tipsy Scoop Baltimore, a family-run, Black-owned dessert business bringing boozy, bold, and unforgettable ice cream experiences to the Baltimore area. We launched our Tipsy Scoop franchise journey in 2024, and since then, we’ve been slinging spiked scoops at pop-up events, festivals, and private parties across Baltimore. You’ve seen us in the community — serving smiles, building memories, and pouring passion into every pint.

Now, we’re taking the leap: opening our first brick-and-mortar franchise location right here in Baltimore! This storefront will be a vibrant gathering space where adults can indulge in liquor-infused ice cream, creative cocktails, seasonal treats, and themed events — all in one sweet spot. But turning this dream into a reality takes support — and that’s where you come in. Your contribution will help us cover the initial startup costs, including inventory, advertising, licensing, and permits needed to open our doors and welcome the community.

From the bottom of our hearts — thank you for believing in our vision. We can’t wait to welcome you into our very own Tipsy Scoop home. With love, Briana, Bianca, and Brandon Tipsy Scoop Baltimore Team
