Tina Davis, my daughter, is facing the most challenging time of her life. On September 29th, 2025, she was in a life-threatening accident after falling from a truck driven by her abusive boyfriend. Thankfully, they are no longer together, but the aftermath has been devastating. Tina suffered multiple bone fractures, including her ribs, cranial, pelvis, and tailbone, as well as three separate brain bleeds. She is experiencing memory loss and is unable to work for at least six months, possibly longer, according to her specialists.

Tina’s recovery is a long road. She must travel to Grand Rapids every two weeks to see a trauma specialist and is working closely with DHS, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy. While she focuses on healing, her financial situation has become overwhelming. Her furnace is not working, her bills are piling up, and her vehicle was repossessed while she was in the hospital. Without income, she is struggling to cover basic living expenses and transportation to her medical appointments.
