We never imagined we would be here, asking for help like this—but life can change in an instant.

Our family has recently been faced with a devastating diagnosis: My sister Tina Smith has clear cell renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer), Stage 3, Grade 4. This is an aggressive form of cancer, and the road ahead is going to be long, physically exhausting, and emotionally overwhelming.

The current treatment plan includes Keytruda (immunotherapy) infusions every 3 weeks for the next year. While we are hopeful and trusting in this treatment, it comes with significant financial strain. Between medical bills, ongoing treatments, travel to appointments, medications, and time away from work, the costs are quickly adding up.

Right now, our focus needs to be on healing, fighting this cancer, and staying strong—but the financial burden makes that incredibly difficult.

We are asking for help to:

• Cover medical and treatment-related expenses

• Assist with travel costs for ongoing infusions

• Provide some peace of mind so we can focus on recovery
