What began as a beautiful day of celebration ended in unimaginable tragedy. We were together, surrounded by love, laughter, hugs, and happy memories. None of us could have imagined that, only hours later, we would be grieving the loss of three people we love so deeply. While traveling home from the celebration, our beloved family members tragically lost their lives in an automobile accident: Angie, her husband, Larry, and daughter,Tina. Angie was more than a loved one—she was a cherished part of our family whose presence brought warmth, love, and joy to those around her. She and Larry had recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary. They were just beginning their life together, with so many plans, dreams, and memories still ahead of them. It is impossible to accept that their time together was taken from them so soon. Larry was deeply loved by our family, and his loss has left an emptiness that words cannot describe. We will always remember the love he and Angie shared and the happiness they brought to one another. Tina was Angie’s beloved daughter and a cherished part of our family. Losing her has devastated all of us. She leaves behind two boys who now have to face life without their mother. Our hearts are broken for them, and our family is grieving the unimaginable loss of both a mother and a daughter. We will do everything we can to surround Tina’s boys with love, support, and care as they try to cope with this heartbreaking loss. We hugged, smiled, talked, and made memories without knowing they would become some of our last moments with Angie, Larry, and Tina. Those memories are now precious beyond words, but they also make this loss even more painful. In a matter of hours, our family went from a beautiful day of celebration to grieving three people who should still be here with us. As we mourn Angie, Larry, and Tina, our family is also facing the overwhelming financial burden of arranging three funerals and burials. Having to plan a funeral for one loved one is heartbreaking and difficult enough, but having to plan three at the same time is absolutely unimaginable.
