Support Tim's Recovery After Major Medical Issues
Donation protected
Hi, I’m Sue, Tim’s sister. Most of you know Tim and our family from Ohio Surf and Skate, which was a great place to hang out and make great friends and be treated as family.
Tim recently has gone through some major medical challenges.
On December 10,2024, he wasn’t feeling well and went to the Emergency Room at the Cleveland Clinic in Mentor. He was transported to Hillcrest Hospital. Once transferred to Hillcrest they found that Tim had a major stroke and had a second after being transferred. They began running tests at the hospital and found that not only did Tim have two strokes, but his heart showed damage of having three previous heart attacks and he required triple bypass surgery. He was then transferred Cleveland Clinic Downtown and had his surgery on January 2, 2025 and was finally able to come home January 12.
Since returning home, we knew his recovery was not going to be easy. The stroke caused damage and he has not been able to drive and has been informed by several doctors he will not be able to return to work.
All of your prayers and support have taken us this far. We were hoping to get through this without asking for your help but we need it. We are starting this account to assist with the medical expenses he has incurred and will still be coming in the future.
On behalf of the Rigby and Ohio Surf and Skate family, thank you for your support.
