Help Support Tim's Medical Fundraiser

It is with a heavy heart that we are reaching out on behalf of our family to share the news that our Father, Tim Floyd, has been given a terminal diagnosis of Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer, that has spread to multiple organs. Myself and my Brother Shayne, as well as the family; Cindy, Caitlyn, Dillon, Connor, Amanda, Ryan, Matt, Maureen, Deirdre, and Rob are deeply saddened by this news and are preparing for the difficult times ahead. To those that know him, he is an amazing partner, father and friend and works harder than anyone we know. This news was shocking to us all, but rather than focus on the negatives, we have decided to pull together and make the most of the time we have as a family.

Our Father is a dedicated man and has been his entire life. He pursued his passion for automotive mechanics and Hot Rods, operating his own business for the last 30+ years. He currently runs his shop, Horsepower Hacienda, out of Didsbury, Alberta and as you can imagine, the costs, the time and the effort that goes into this type of business is immense. On top of the expenses of owning and operating his own business, he is now faced with paying for multiple treatments while trying to finish up jobs that need his attention. The treatments are taxing on his body and energy levels, and the day to day operation of the business becomes more and more difficult to manage.

We are reaching out to our community that he has been such a big part of, for help, as we’d like to take some of the stress and financial burden off of him so he can focus on living life and spending time with family. We appreciate any and all donations that the community can spare to help us through this difficult time.
