In January 2025, Tim’s life changed forever. What began as a serious infection led to the loss of his big toe. By February, the remaining toes on that foot were gone as well. Then in April, things took a devastating turn—Tim nearly lost his life to sepsis. When he awoke from emergency surgery, he learned that his entire lower leg had been amputated up to the knee.

Since January, Tim has been unable to work due to his rapidly declining health. He’s now facing a long road to recovery and is currently awaiting not one, but two prosthetics that will eventually help him regain mobility and independence.
