Hello Everyone!! My name is Tim Scanlon and I have started this page to start my food truck business!! My dream in life was to be a successful chef at my own restaurant. With the cost of living today, that would not be possible for me and my wife. I have had this dream for many years. Throughout those years, we have had many setbacks due to my addiction, which led me to making poor decisions. I hold myself accountable for all my actions, and today I can say I am a productive member of our community and I live a clean and sober life. I am very talented in the kitchen, and countless people have told me to open my own restaurant. I am asking all of you to help me make this dream come true where I can share my cooking throughout the community!! Please contribute whatever you can.
