For those who know Tim Zellmann, you know he has always been someone willing to help others — through his work in real estate, through friendships, and through the quiet generosity he’s shown throughout his life.
Today, Tim needs our help.
Tim is 66 years old and has been diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF), a devastating and terminal lung disease that progressively scars the lungs and makes it harder and harder to breathe. His condition has now advanced to the point where he urgently needs a double lung transplant in order to survive.
Because of this disease, Tim is no longer able to work. Something as simple as daily activity has become exhausting and difficult. While he fights for his life and prepares for the transplant process, the financial burden continues to grow.
Tim is facing:• Mounting medical expenses• Costs related to the transplant process and recovery• Loss of income because he can no longer work• Mortgage and household bills he is struggling to keep up with
We are asking friends, family, clients, and anyone who knows Tim or is moved by his story to please help however you can. Every donation — no matter the size — will help relieve the financial pressure so Tim can focus on what matters most: surviving this battle and getting the lifesaving transplant he desperately needs.
If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser and keeping Tim in your thoughts and prayers.
Tim has spent years helping others build their lives and homes. Now it’s our turn to help him keep his home, fight this disease, and have a chance at more time with the people he loves.
Thank you for your compassion, support, and generosity.
