Tim went from working every day to slowly losing the ability to control his own body—and he’s still trying to keep going.
At 55 years old, Tim has been diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)—a devastating disease that slowly takes away the ability to move, speak, and eventually breathe.
Tim is not just a diagnosis. He is a husband, a father, a stepfather, a son, a brother, and a friend. For 25 years, he has worked as an electrician, showing up every day to provide for the people who depend on him. Even now, as ALS progresses, Tim continues to work part-time whenever he is able—refusing to give in, refusing to stop showing up for his family.
His wife, Julie, has stood beside him through every step of this journey. Together, they’ve built a life and raised a family they love deeply. Tim is a proud father to Bradley and Phillip, and a devoted stepfather to Jacob and Paige—roles he has embraced wholeheartedly.
Now, they are facing something no family is ever prepared for. ALS is relentless. As it advances, Tim will need increasing levels of care, specialized equipment, home modifications, and ongoing medical support. At the same time, the ability to work and provide continues to slip away.
This is where we ask for your help.
Your support will go toward: medical care and treatments, mobility equipment and home modifications, day-to-day living expenses, and helping Julie care for Tim through what lies ahead.
Every gift, no matter the size, makes a real difference. And if you’re unable to donate, sharing this page is just as powerful.
Tim has spent his life being there for others—quietly, consistently, without hesitation.
Now he needs us to be there for him. Thank you for your compassion, your generosity, and for standing with Tim and his family during this incredibly difficult time.
