Support Timmy T and the Randall family

As many of you may know, Tim Randall was diagnosed with aggressive, stage 4 pancreatic cancer in mid-July. He has been in and out of the hospital ever since and is working hard to regain his strength so he can start treatment. In the meantime, Tim is unable to work, and while Louisa has started teaching again at CDO, she is spending all her remaining time with Tim. Alison and Melanie are starting a new school year and we can’t even imagine how they are all processing this sudden and tragic news.

For those who know Tim and his family, this is all so hard to comprehend. There is no kinder, more generous person than Tim. He always has a smile and a quick joke when you see him. He is also always the first to help when he can. Whether that’s lining a softball field, changing a pool filter, installing a roof rack, spinning tunes at a barbeque, or just being there to listen to your struggles, Tim will do anything for those he loves.

These are difficult times for Tim, Louisa, Alison, and Melanie. The Oro Valley Village has been coming together to provide meals and groceries to relieve day-to-day stresses and allow the family to focus on Tim. Many of you have asked how else you can help. We have started this GoFundMe account to ease the financial burden on Tim and Louisa. In the days, weeks, and months ahead they will need to be at countless doctor appointments, hospital stays, and treatments. As you can imagine, the normal costs of every day living - mortgage, food, gas, car, plus the unexpected medical costs - can be astronomical.

We hope that this GoFund Me will enable the family to concentrate on Tim getting well and fighting this awful disease.
