We are heartbroken to share that Timmy Fisher, the mailman, a beloved member of our community, has passed away after a long battle with diabetes. He was a proud longtime resident of the Boat since second grade—over 50 years. For those of us that live on the mountain, he faithfully delivered our mail, yes at our homes, for more than 25 years.

The family is now facing medical bills and funeral expenses. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help ease this difficult time and honor the memory of our friend, father, brother, husband, and son.

His smile and humor will be remembered for years to come.
