Hi everyone! My name is Caitlyn Clements and I am hoping to raise money for an amazing animal rescue in our very own community. Timberview Ranch and Retreat is an animal rescue, event space, and a scenic place to even take photos at, something I have actually done myself.

Timberview Ranch and Retreat is owned by Jordan and Carol Kaase. This amazing and wonderful couple has dedicated their lives to saving and rescuing animals that would not have made it without their love, dedication, and kindness. I met Carol and Jordan back in 2023, and ever since, we have kept in touch. Carol made my dreams come true and allowed me to have my maternity photoshoot done there, even though it was different and unique. I have kept up with their journey of rescuing because in this world, we don’t have much of that love left. With so much hate, so much fear, and even unfortunately, animal abuse that exists, Carol and Jordan have spent their time, money, and all of their resources into changing these animals' lives.

This is a place that has already done so much for not only animals but for our communities. It is a place many photoshoots have been taken for families, it’s a place where children can go to laugh and have fun, and see animals you can’t even see at our local zoos, and they also host events for anyone that would love to come out and just have fun. Timberview Ranch and Retreat is a place that has given so much to our community, never asking for anything in return.

Recently, they went all the way to a different state and spent an entire day driving to pick up their new rescue, Leo. Leo is their newest rescue, and is definitely going to need the most help I have ever seen from any of their babies. Leo is believed to be fully blind, he is extremely tiny and frail, and has not had a good life whatsoever. It is going to be insanely expensive financially to care for him medically, but mentally hard to ensure that his survival is something that we can ensure happens.

Although Carol and Jordan are not for GoFundMe’s, I have decided to start one for them. They have brought so much love and care into our community, and they only have ever earned money with events that they host for our community. With everything they have done for us and for animals, I believe it is our duty to support them during this challenging time with their new rescue, and all proceeds will go towards the recovery of Leo and any other rescues they have. If anyone in this world deserves the help, it is them. They are so selfless, they only care about the community and their animals, and they deserve every dime we could possibly give them.

They have done their best to bring events and love into Clinton and even if you aren’t from Clinton, we owe it to them to support them during this time. They never ask for donations, but that is what should make us want to help even more. They overwork themselves every day on their own to run this rescue. Please, as a community, let’s try to ease the load for them.
