I’m raising funds for my best friend, Tim Trundle. Tim traveled from Georgia to Pennsylvania to help restore power after the recent storms, and while he was working, he suffered a severe heart attack. He is still in the hospital in Pennsylvania, waiting until he is stable enough to come back home to Georgia.
Tim is a single dad and the sole provider for himself and his son. As a lineman, his ability to work is what keeps their household going, but his job does not provide paid sick leave or vacation time. That means while Tim is hospitalized and recovering, there is no paycheck coming in. On top of the fear and uncertainty of a major medical emergency far from home, he is also facing the very real pressure of how to keep up with everyday expenses and provide for his son.
Donations will help with the ongoing needs Tim and his son are facing during his recovery, including food, travel, housing, utilities, groceries, transportation, medical expenses, medications, and other necessary monthly bills. Because line work is so physically demanding, returning to work after a severe heart attack is not something that can or should be rushed. Steady support can help give Tim the time he needs to heal without the added burden of wondering how the bills will be paid in the meantime.
If you’re able, please consider making a recurring donation to help with these continuing expenses while Tim is unable to work. One-time donations are also deeply appreciated and will make an immediate difference for Tim and his son. If you can’t donate, sharing this fundraiser and keeping them in your prayers means so much. Thank you for supporting Tim through this difficult time.
