Final Update: After a long complicated 2 month battle with his health, Tim passed away peacefully on July 4th 2025.
This comes with great sadness, as we were all hopeful of his recovery. Tim’s family is left grieving a one of a kind man, as well as handling all of his funeral expenses, and bills piling up. Please donate what you can and share. Tim was one of the most selfless people you could ever meet, please take the time to support his family during this tragic loss. His daughter, will be welcoming Tim’s granddaughter in 4 short months, and with that comes additional expenses.
Please support in any way that you can, Tim would want them taken care of.
Thank you.
Update 6/18
As many of you may know, Tim is at a stand still with progress at this time, during his brain bleed it was discovered that he suffered a stroke. This left his brain in a state of unknown prognosis. We are hopeful he has enough brain activity to make a recovery but the extent of this is unknown at this time. Due to this, he will be moved to a rehabilitation center located in Seattle for extensive intense therapy, for trach weaning and working towards healing his brain and the rest of his body. Tim has been as healthy as can be for so many years, many knowing him as the “best athlete they know” or “big guy” who drank raw eggs for breakfast and was always ready for “some good healthy food”.
Thank you all for your continued support during this time. Our entire family cannot thank you enough. I know Dad would beam with happiness if he even knew how loved he was.
——————————-
As many of you may already be aware, on April 28th, Tim experienced a cardiac arrest and has been hospitalized since then. During this time, he has undergone several episodes of intubation. Currently, he is managing a brain bleed; however, because he has a heart stent, there are some important factors to consider in determining the best course of treatment.
At this moment, he is in a holding phase, awaiting the possibility of a surgical procedure to create burr holes to help reduce brain swelling. I have set up this GoFundMe campaign to help ease any financial burdens that may fall on Allie and Tammy during this challenging time and afterwards. Since Tim is currently the primary provider, this support is intended to assist Tammy in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
I believe I can speak for many when I say that Tim is an exceptional father, husband, papa, sibling, a friend to many, and a stranger to few. Since meeting Allie, he has treated me like his own. He is courageously working to recover and continue his life, and his determination is truly inspiring.
None of us ever expect to face a situation like this, and any support during this time for their family would be greatly appreciated. All funds raised will go toward medical expenses, palliative care, and supporting the family through this difficult and uncertain period.
