Support Tim, Andrea, and Harper Jo During a Critical Time
Donation protected

Hi everyone, my name is Amanda, and l'm reaching out for help for my brother Tim and sister-in-law Andrea during a very challenging time. Andrea is 30 weeks pregnant, and their baby is facing serious health concerns that require immediate medical intervention.
Andrea and Tim recently learned that
on 2/24/2025 that Harper will need to get a series of fetal blood transfusions done during the pregnancy. The diagnosis is Antibody E isoimmunization affecting pregnancy, antepartum (HHS/HHC). Andrea's antibodies see the baby as a foreign substance by the immune system. The antibodies are passed through the placenta during pregnancy and attack Harper's red blood cells, breaking down her red blood cell which has caused Harper to become very anemic during this time. The fetal blood transfusions will be placing into the umbilical cord, during each fetal blood transfusion there is always a higher risk of Harper not making it or coming very early. The first round of fetal blood transfusions started on April 8th which was successful.
Each week they will need to travel to Portland (3hours away which is 201miles from home one way) for the procedure and stay overnight, and possibly longer. Tim is the sole provider for his family and will have to taking time off work to support Andrea and their daughter during these weekly treatments, they are faced with mounting expenses for gas, food, lodging, and other essentials and childcare expenses.
We're asking for your help to support Tim and Andrea during this difficult journey. Any contribution you can make will go towards covering their travel costs overnight stays, meals, and the additional expenses that come with caring for a high-risk pregnancy and medical treatments. Every donation--no matter how small--will make a difference for Tim, Andrea, and their little one. If you're unable to give, please consider sharing this page. Your kindness and generosity mean so much to our family. Thank you for taking the time to read their story. Your support, whether through a donation or sharing this page, is deeply appreciated during this challenging time. Thank you so much
