Two weeks ago, our dog Tigger, was attacked during his daily walk. There were two unleashed German Shepherds in their front yard of their home and one of the German Shepherds mauled Tigger, leaving him with severe injuries. Despite his age—he’s 10 years old and turning 11 next month—Tigger is incredibly energetic and healthy, a puppy at heart. So we knew we had to do everything possible to save him.

Tigger needed immediate emergency surgery after the attack, and soon after, a second surgery to remove necrotic tissue and ensure proper healing. We are incredibly fortunate that his bones and organs weren’t harmed, but the road to recovery is still long and costly. We’ve already paid over $12,000 in vet bills, and Tigger is still under constant care, with ongoing treatments and monitoring to ensure his wounds heal fully. He’s been so strong and brave.

Unfortunately, the owners of the German Shepherds involved have refused to help with the costs, leaving us to cover Tigger’s medical expenses. This is where we need your help.
