Support Tiffany's Rural Wound Care Mission

I'm Tiffany, a registered nurse, educator, and mother of two working at the intersection of public service and patient advocacy. Now I’m seeking support to launch a nurse-led wound care initiative in rural Oregon—and I need your help to make it possible.

After more than a decade in acute care, and correctional health, I’ve witnessed firsthand how chronic wounds and untreated injuries devastate lives—especially for those without access to consistent care. My goal is to start an independent wound care consultancy that reaches vulnerable populations where they are: small towns, shelters, correctional settings, and homes.

I’ve already begun laying the groundwork to establish an LLC and offer mobile wound care services rooted in evidence-based practice and compassion. But like many nurses in public service, I’m also carrying the weight of student loans and IRS debt from years of economic hardship—barriers that stand in the way of launching this service fully.

This fundraiser supports two goals:

Seed funding to legally establish and equip my nurse-led wound care practice.

Financial relief so I can scale back on multiple jobs and invest time in building sustainable, community-based care.
