For over 10 years, Tiffany Ferrell has inspired students at our local elementary school, Sage Hills, with her passion for art and unwavering love for teaching. Not to mention her devoted love for her family and friends.

Most of you know that in July 2022, Tiffany was diagnosed with stage 3 aggressive cancer. Since then, she’s endured intensive chemotherapy, radiation, multiple surgeries, and rare, painful side effects. Through it all, Tiffany kept showing up — for her students, her school, and her purpose.

But now, Tiffany is facing a new, life-threatening battle — Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF) — on top of her ongoing cancer fight.

Tiffany continues to to battle each day, pouring her heart into her students, even when her body is weak. Despite unimaginable challenges, she never gave up the classroom. Through it all — the chemo fog, the exhaustion, the surgeries, the side effects, and now heart failure — Tiffany continues to teach. She continues to inspire. But the emotional and financial toll is mounting. And now, she needs our help.

Over three years ago, I offered to set up support for Tiffany — but she gently declined, believing the battle would be short and that financial help wouldn’t be necessary. Now, with the school year beginning, and more than three years later, the fight is still ongoing. And as new, serious health challenges arise, the need for support has become undeniable. She has an army of angels in heaven watching over her while she fights this battle, we are looking for her angels here on earth to help ease the financial strain and heartache.
