My name is Tiffany, and our family is walking through the hardest season of our lives. The day before Thanksgiving, my fiancé survived a self-inflicted gunshot wound during a moment of overwhelming despair. By God’s grace, he is still here with us, but he has a long and difficult road of recovery ahead. He is unable to work, and our world changed in an instant.I am doing everything I can to be strong for our children while navigating fear, heartbreak, and exhaustion I never imagined facing. Right now, I’m struggling to return to work bc I am afraid to leave him alone, and the time I am away is spent caring for our kids. Emotionally and physically, we are all stretched thin.We are asking for help with basic living expenses rent, utilities, medical bills, and daily necessities…so we don’t lose everything we have worked so hard for while he heals and our family finds stability again. All of our children and I are in therapy to help us process this trauma, which is necessary but adds to the financial strain. This is humbling to ask, but we are trusting God to carry us through this season and to use the kindness of others as part of that provision. Any amount, any share, or any prayer would mean more than we can express.Thank you for lifting our family up during this time.
With gratitude,
Tiffany
