This isn’t easy to share, but we truly need some help right now.

On May 27th, 2026, we’re planning to move from Surprise, Arizona back to Stockton, California. When we left Colorado and moved to Arizona, we honestly believed it would be more affordable and help us get ahead. Unfortunately, it hasn’t turned out that way. The cost of living is still higher than we expected, and with everyday expenses — especially groceries and basic needs — we’ve been struggling to keep up.

After a lot of thought, we’ve decided the best thing for our family is to move back to Stockton. The stability comes from being able to move into our parents’ home while we get back on our feet. That support means everything to us. It will give us breathing room and the chance to rebuild without constantly feeling like we’re falling behind.

Being closer to family will also open doors to better job opportunities and a stronger support system. We truly believe this move is the fresh start we need.

Right now, we’re asking for help covering the cost of getting there. Our goal is $500 total:

$350 for gas

$100 for food during the trip

$50 for a small emergency cushion

Every single dollar helps. Whether it’s $5, $10, or simply sharing this page, it all means so much to us.

This move represents stability, family, and the opportunity to start over in a healthier place. We’ll be posting updates once we’re settled so you can follow along with our journey.
