Help Tiffany Be by Her Mom’s Side During Cancer Treatment

Hi all,

My name is Sierra Jeong and I am a friend of Tiffany Kim of Loaf Language.

If you know Tiff, you know that she is a boss businesswoman with such a magical touch held in her tiny little hands that have created some of the greatest desserts from pies to macarons to her Mochi Krunchies. And if you met Tiff during her market days, you most likely know Mama Loaf. Tiff's creative knack from her baked goods to her branding didn't come from nowhere - they came from Mama Loaf. She is the pillar of the Kim family, a creative mastermind (a la @mama.loaf.magnets) and motherly energy that we've all had the blessing of experiencing.

We are here today with unfortunate news in regards to Tiffany's mother, whom many of you might know as Mama Loaf or Jenny or even 어머니. She was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer back on February 5th. The tumor grew rapidly, and they’ve recommended a long road of treatment ahead—months of chemotherapy, radiation, and surgeries. During this time, Tiffany is wanting to take a step back from her business to be fully present with her mother as she goes through this. However, the weight of juggling a small business (especially during these times) while also tending to her mother proves to be challenging and so after some discussion, I persuaded Tiffany to allow me to start a GoFundMe for her. I know that so many of you love and cherish Tiffany for beyond what she creates (though delicious) — for her authentic, genuine, kind, caring, nurturing soul. She is always looking out for people around her. She stands up for what is right. She believes deeply in leading a life of integrity. And in her current season of integrity, she needs to be with her mom.

If you have the capacity to donate any amount to help Tiffany take time off as she closes orders for the next couple of months, we would appreciate any and all help. These funds will be going to allowing Tiff to take care of her mom during the beginning stages of chemo without the pressure of needing to run her business full time.
