Hi everyone,

My name is Tiffany Boger, and I’m finally taking a big step toward a dream I’ve held close to my heart for a long time—a Pancake Pop-Up Bar!

Cooking has always been one of my greatest joys. I’ve spent years making sweet treats for my family, friends, and community, always adding a little creativity and a whole lot of love to every batch. Now, I’m ready to turn that love into a small business that brings people together over warm, delicious pancakes with fun toppings and custom flavors.

My vision is to set up a pop-up booth at local markets, events, and festivals where people can build their own pancake stacks—from classic butter and syrup to fresh fruit, whipped cream, sprinkles, maple bacon, and more. Whether you’re 5 or 85, I want every person to walk away with a smile (and a satisfied sweet tooth!).

To get started, I need help covering the startup costs—especially the business license and health permits that allow me to operate legally. Here’s what I’m raising funds for:

    •    Business license & registration: $350

    •    Food handler certification & health department permits: $150

    •    Basic liability insurance: $200

    •    Booth setup & supplies: $300

Total goal: $1,000
