As many of our friends and family now know, we lost our beloved Jakey unexpectedly on Friday. We kindly ask for your help to support Jake's family during this unimaginable time. All donations will be used to allow his wife, Tiffany, the ability to take time needed to focus on their 8 year old daughter, Abbi, and grieve.
