Today, my daughter, my 78-year-old mother, and I experienced an unimaginable tragedy—we lost our home in a devastating fire. Everything we owned, from clothes and personal belongings to precious memories, was completely destroyed.

We are beyond grateful to still be here and to thank God that my mother made it out safely. But the emotional and financial toll this has taken on us is overwhelming.

This tragedy has affected three generations of our family—myself, Shuronica Walker, my daughter London Bradford, and my mother Veola Walker.
