Support Thomas's Fight Against Leukemia

My name is Thomas. I'm 19 and have been battling with Leukemia for over 2 yrs. Just found out today that the stem cell transplant failed and I'm being admitted again. Me and my family are going to need some help with transportation and bills back home. The hospital is more than 3hrs away from my home. My mother and siblings don't really have much as it is.
