Hi everyone, my name is Riley Thorsen, and I am coordinating this GoFundMe page for my father, Thomas Thorsen. My Dad was diagnosed with stage 2 lung cancer in April of 2024. Over the past year the cancer has continue to spread. In April he had a tumor removed from his adrenal gland and his brain. In June, post surgery, follow up scans showed a new tumor in his brain and two large masses in his adrenal system.

The brain mass received radiation, but the masses in his adrenal system have changed his prognosis. He’s is now advance stage IV and the cancer is now incurable.  My dad started hospice last week. The doctors have given him 4-6 months. He can no longer drive, which means he cannot work. We pray God gives us the miracle we pray for everyday. I created this GoFundMe page to help with the medical bills, household bills and to hopefully relieve some financial burden for my parents. Every contribution, big or small, will make a difference. Please join my family as he takes on this fight against cancer.
