Help a Young Firefighter & His Family Rebuild After Losing Everything

Early this morning, tragedy struck our family. My older brother, Thomas Toedter, just 23 years old, and his fiancée — both dedicated firefighters/EMTs who have spent years protecting others — lost their home in a devastating apartment fire.

Thanks to quick action, they and their 8-month-old baby girl made it out safely. But the fire destroyed everything they owned. Their home, clothing, furniture, baby supplies — all gone in an instant. They are now facing the overwhelming task of starting over from nothing while also searching for a safe place to live.

As first responders, my brother and his fiancée have spent countless hours running toward danger to help strangers in crisis. Now, they are the ones in need. We’re asking our community, friends, and anyone with a compassionate heart to help them rebuild their lives.

Donations will go directly toward:

• Securing new housing

• Clothing and essential supplies for their baby

• Replacing basic household items and furniture

• Covering immediate living expenses while they recover from this loss

Our goal is $50,000 to help them get back on their feet and give their baby the stability and comfort she deserves.
