Kelly is a mental health nurse at KGH who lost her best friend, partner, confident and the father of her children - Steve, unexpectedly December 28th, 2020.
Kelly has given so much to so many over the years as a LPN. She is the most kind hearted, giving, loving human ever and she has had more than her share of loss over the last couple of years.
This loss is so heartbreaking because not only has she lost her life-partner, but now is faced with so many stressors without Steve in her life, many of them financial.
Kelly has some unfinished renovations that Steve was completing that this Go Fund Me money could help complete. Kelly does not have sick time and the special leave does not cover any real time off for Kelly to grieve let alone deal with all the difficult things she needs to around funeral plans, this money will help Kelly with the time off she needs to heal emotionally as well as deal with the difficult things she needs to deal with. There are so many unknowns that Kelly is faced with, I am hoping this Go Fund Me can take some of the stress off of her life financially if at all possible.
I am hoping that we can give back to this amazing human... as she has given so much to so many over the years.
