Hi we are students at American Christian School, a small private school that has become a second home to so many of us. As a private institution, we do not receive public or government funding, which means we rely heavily on our community and generous donors to help us with our most basic needs. An obstacle we’re facing right now is our school van. Being our only source of transportation, this van has carried us to countless sports games, field trips, and academic events over the years. However, as the years progress the van slowly begins to disintegrate forcing us to use tape to secure the windows, doors sticking, and seats being completely worn out, raising concerns about its reliability and safety. Every trip is a constant fear of our van breaking down in the middle of the road. We’re trying to raise $12,000 to purchase a safe reliable van that can take us where we need to go without any stress or anxiety. Students and athletes of American Christian School deserve safe transportation in order to open doors and opportunities we could’ve never imagined. We know times are tough for many but any amount helps whether it’s $5 or $50. If you are unable to give you can still help by sharing this campaign with others who might be able to support.
