Hi everyone, This is Daisy! 

This sweet pregnant pitbull was dropped off at my father’s taco truck one day, clearly scared and in distress. Despite not having the means, my dad couldn’t turn her away. She was leaking green discharge — a sign that something was wrong — and not long after, she sadly gave birth to an undeveloped puppy.

We rushed her to the vet, where x-rays revealed she still has three late-term puppies inside. The vet told us she urgently needs more care, including either an emergency C-section or induced labor to save her and her babies. These procedures are expensive and beyond what we can afford on our own — and time is running out.

We believe she was used for backyard breeding and likely abused. She’s only about a year old but already has the soul of a survivor. Despite everything, she is incredibly gentle. She knows all her basic commands, loves curling up in anyone’s lap, and just wants to be loved.

We’re doing everything we can, but we need help. Every dollar will go toward her emergency care, any medications, and helping her get a second chance at the life she deserves — safe, healthy, and loved.
