Hello and thank you for reading. My name is Theresa and I am a mother and grandmother.

My health has been failing over the years to include: COPD, Type II diabetes, primary biliary cirrhosis, head tremors, and now I need back surgery. My back has been bad for many years due to hard manual labor over the years and now age. Because of these health issues, I have lost several jobs over the last 3 years, which has caused me to lose housing.

Because of this, after my back surgery in 2 weeks, I am moving to Ohio where my family is. The cost of living there is also much cheaper. The funds will also provide me with food on my trip.

I am asking for funds to buy a plane ticket, check my bag, and pay for a ride to and from the airport. (I am losing my car due to lack of funds and cannot take it with me).

I know times are hard for everyone, but could you help me start a new beginning.
