Support Theresa's Fight for Better Health

Hi, my name is Theresa Jenkins. I am a Community Life Director at a Nursing Home. I have been in Healthcare for 20+ years. As most know, healthcare workers have the worst insurance. My deductible is $7,150. I am raising money for a much needed procedure on my shoulder. I have spent $2600, already and I need another $2600 for the procedure. The first $2600 was for an Arthrogram MRI ($1,000) and for sessions of PT ($150) a session. The PT, did not help. The insurance company had me do the PT before they would approve the MUA (Manipulation under Anesthesia). I am a Nana to 5, and can not pick up the younger ones, have a hard time doing daily functions ( brushing my hair, putting on my bra, doing things at work). A wonderful Orthopedic Dr. has diagnosed me with Frozen Shoulder. Meaning I can not my my arm certain ways, I can not lift it over my head, put it around to my back. This is really affecting my quality of life. I have pain all day, and night. Can not sleep through out the night without pain. These funds will be used to pay for the procedure, and give me back my life. I appreciate your time.
