Theo James was born with a special heart condition called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. This week, Theo is undergoing his third open heart surgery, the Fontan, to help redirect blood flow through his body as he continues to grow. Although we knew this surgery was coming, it is still very difficult to explain the necessity of this procedure to a 5 year old.

We are raising money to help cover costs of food and travel to Omaha, as well as for loss of work. Chet is planning to stay at the hospital the whole duration of recovery, which could vary anywhere from 2-4 weeks. We want the Bullington's to be as comfortable as possible during this difficult recovery time.
