Hi everyone! As some of you may know, my sister Steph and brother-in-law Matt recently welcomed their first baby, beautiful little Theo. Theo was born at 34 weeks due to a couple of different complications. He will be undergoing a heart procedure in the coming days, which unfortunately means lots of time spent in the hospital for both baby and parents.

What this means is that Steph and Matt will both be taking time off of work to be with Theo and tend to all sorts of things they never could have anticipated. Matt, unfortunately, will not be receiving paid time off, and the financial stress will (and already has) pile up quickly. We would love for Steph and Matt to be able to spend as much time as possible focusing on Theo, his medical care, and his recovery without carrying the full burden of the financial issues that have arisen because of the situation.
