We are in need of an attorney for Theo & his family. Theo has alleged sexual abuse from his mother. He is 5yrs old & did a brave thing by telling a trusted adult what was happening & the exact nature of the abuse. That adult is a mandated reporter & reported the sexual abuse to DCFS. There was a safety plan put in place & Theo’s long time caregiver, Kayla, was granted Legal Guardianship of him—to which she continued caregiving while also remaining in contact with Theos mother & father. When the safety plan ended, he was returned to his biological father instead of the mother DUE TO the allegations, the nature of those allegations & Theo’s fear of being around her.

The family courts will not appoint an attorney, so I need your help. This family is in desperate need of legal representation, so that they can properly go about all custody & criminal proceedings. Every dollar helps & is going towards protecting Theo, giving him freedom from the abuse.
