Support Theological Studies Journey to La Mesa Academy

I am incredibly excited to share fantastic news that I have been nominated by my esteemed Bishop, Vanessa M. Brown, for theological studies and have consequently been accepted into La Mesa Academy at Emory University's Candler School of Theology, with a scholarship covering the entire tuition cost. This incredible opportunity necessitates a one-week residency on campus in Atlanta, Georgia. However, despite this generous scholarship, the program requires students to independently cover travel expenses.

As an individual deeply committed to advancing my theological education while simultaneously managing graduate school costs out of pocket, I find myself in need of some additional support due to recently starting a new job where I am currently on probation and without accrued time off; thus, attending this residency would mean unpaid leave.
