Support the workers of BCTGM Local 390G on strike

BCTGM Local 390G members unanimously rejected the last best final contract offer from International Flavors and Fragrance (IFF). The IFF offer included the company being able to change benefits (like health coverage and retirement) with a 30-day notice and take away contract language of overtime pay after 8 hours, among other takeaways. IFF has already increased benefits costs and made multiple attempts to reduce union rights in many matters that would rob members of personal and family time.

 

While on Strike, these dedicated IFF workers and BCTGM Local 390G members are not receiving pay. Therefore, We are fundraising to help our BCTGM Local 390G members at IFF who are sacrificing their financial well-being to fight a multi-billion-dollar corporation and for the right to collectively bargain affordable medical coverage and our fight against takeaways in our contract.
