It has been a very difficult time for the Wissman family. The family was involved in a car accident late Saturday night (8/23/2025) close to their home. Stephanie is in good condition and was discharged after several days in the hospital. Derrick, her husband, is currently stable but remains in the ICU due to his extensive injuries. The family's almost 3 year old daughter Madalynn is also stable but remains in very critical condition. It is with great sadness the family shares the news of the passing of their youngest daughter Natalee who passed away early Sunday morning from injuries sustained during the crash. The family appreciates your thoughts, prayers and any amount of support you graciously are able to provide.

To the God who welcomes our questions and embraces our doubts we come broken hearted and clinging to belief. We ask that you comfort, guide, and help the Wissman family in the days, months, and years ahead. We lift up to you the first responders, nurses, and doctors who have and are providing care and treatment. We pray for friends who want to help, who want to say the right thing but do not know how. God, what we know is that in this world of heavy sorrow you are hope, your Holy Spirit is near, and the love of Christ is expansive and big enough to reach the most pain-stricken heart. God thank you for hearing our prayers and may your presence with this family be clear and strong. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.
