A family in our community lost their home and all their belongings to a terrible house fire on the evening of December 19.

We are all grateful that Tara, James, their 4 children and their pets were able to escape the fire and are physically safe. They are now displaced and working to find stable housing a week before Christmas, while also looking ahead to a long recovery. Please give what you can.

I am organizing this fundraiser with the family's permission as a School Social Worker/Social Emotional Learning coordinator at Great River School, where the children attend. Any donations to this GoFundMe will be directly deposited into the family's bank account.
