Y'all, we need a Christmas miracle! The holidays are tough for everyone, but when I tell you this family has gone through it these past few months, you have no clue. Meet the Wells!

A little over a year ago, Allis, the oldest, was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder, so rare that she is the only living child in the United States with this disorder. Unfortunately, it means lots of doctor visits and is very scary anytime she gets sick. Owen, the youngest, has also been very sick the last few months, having E. Coli twice in a row. The first time was so severe he had to be on dialysis due to his kidneys shutting down with the infection, and he wasn’t even three years old!

If that wasn’t enough, with four hospital trips in the last few months for these two kids alone, now there’s another piece of the puzzle. Kody, their dad, has been having pain in his lower abdomen and hip area, and when he went to the hospital about it, they found a mass. The doctors luckily have been able to remove that mass, but it is likely cancer. Kody will now have to undergo countless tests and scans to see how advanced the cancer is and if it has spread anywhere else in his body.

Christine has been an absolute pillar of strength through what has been undoubtedly the hardest few months of her life, at one point having two kids in the hospital in different rooms, one kid at home trying to get to school on time, and Kody's at the time unknown pain, all while having the stomach flu at the same time.

We all know how much medical bills cost, and with this many piling up and the endless visits coming at them as Kody starts this cancer journey, I thought we could come together and help this holiday season. These kids still deserve a Christmas, so let’s all help Santa deliver! If you could spare anything at all, I know it would really help this family a ton! No one should have to deal with sick kids, cancer, or rare genetic disorders, and this family hit the jackpot on all three, so let’s give them a little love!
