We're “The Vocal 5” rising seniors studying classical vocal performance at Duke Ellington School of the Arts in Washington DC. After three years of intense study together, we're thrilled to have been accepted into a prestigious three week Bel Canto Opera training program in Tuscany, Italy this summer. We’ve also now been invited to be global ambassadors representing our school in Paris, France by singing at the 1000th Anniversary of the Chartres Cathedral!
We come from very different backgrounds and experiences, but our talent and love for classical music unites us on this journey. Our parents are committed to helping us make this opportunity a reality, but we also hope that you will also consider providing financial support that we'll need for the considerable lodging, food, transportation, and musical preparation costs.
