Dear friends, family, and compassionate supporters,

I’m writing this with a heavy heart on behalf of my best friend, Colleen. Her husband, Gerry, has been bravely battling stage 4 liver cancer. Just recently, his condition took a sudden and devastating turn, and he has been placed on hospice care with only days left to live.

Gerry is not only Colleen’s soulmate, but also a devoted father to their 3 children and a proud grandfather to 3 beautiful grandchildren. Their entire family is shattered by this heartbreaking turn of events.

Colleen has been out of work, dedicating every moment to caring for Gerry and supporting their children and grandchildren through this incredibly painful time. As they prepare to say goodbye, we are asking for your help to ease the financial burden they are facing.

Funds raised will go directly toward:

    •    Funeral and memorial expenses for Gerry

    •    Household bills and daily needs while Colleen is unable to work

    •    Giving Colleen and her family time and space to grieve without added stress
