Support the Vercammen Family in Their Loss

Hello everyone! For those that don't know me I am Bailey, Jen's bestfriend. Sadly on April 27th the Vercammen family lost their son Jacob to complications from his heart condition. This is heartbreaking, unexpected and unimaginable. During this incredibly difficult time, we're trying to take the stress off the families shoulders in terms of funeral costs, bills, etc.

The kids are really struggling with this loss, so those of you who love them please let them know.
