On February 13th the Veatch family endured something no one should ever have to go through. Heaven gained an angel yesterday when Jakob Ryan Veatch left this earth. He was a caring son to his parents Martin and Holly, and a loving brother to his siblings Jeff and Jo. He was also a friend to many people throughout his life.

Jake was not one to judge or boast, and would help anyone when they needed it. He was a lover of music and a very gifted musician. He had appreciation for classic literature and storytelling as well.

Any donation no matter the size will be greatly appreciated and will help support this family in their time of grief and help lift this burden. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

When you think of Jake, do not be sad. Remember his pure soul, his laugh, his smile, and jokes. Put on a vinyl record in memory of him today.

I know Jake would want us to continue to advocate and speak up for mental health and not let anyone feel like they should not be here living life. In his honor please continue to reach out- even if you think someone is doing okay you truly never know.
