If you are visiting this page, chances are our mom, Lynn has supported you or something you are passionate about at some point in your life. If you don’t know Lynn personally, chances are the ripple effect that she is known for has reached you.

Our mom is a giver, not a taker. Asking for help and receiving help isn’t exactly her forte. The truth is she needs support now more than ever so we are owning that fact on her behalf.

Our mom was diagnosed with Stage 3 Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) in September of 2023. Coincidentally, September is Lymphoma Cancer Awareness Month. Her first round of chemo is on October 20, 2023. Her treatment plan consists of six rounds of chemo.

To keep it real, we are heartbroken and the road ahead is daunting. That being said, we believe she will overcome this obstacle with a village of beautiful humans by her side.

We are passionate about creating an outlet for people to rally in showing their love and support. We plan to provide progress updates on this platform throughout her journey.

If you are in a position to donate, please consider doing so. Donations will go towards medical bills, meals, wigs / head scarves and other things that come up that would otherwise cause financial stress. We have set a thoughtful goal of $20,000 while being mindful of her medical deductibles / out-of-pocket costs. We don’t want our mom to end up in a financial crisis because of her diagnosis. We want her to continue to look forward to bucket list items she has in the works. We want to de-risk the potential of exciting, positive dreams not coming true because of this unwelcome situation.

As Addison said, she will soon add Cancer to her list of accomplishments. As Tanner said, Cancer chose the wrong woman. As Jamie said, this experience will turn into a book and well… truth be told, she has already started writing her next book.

Let’s keep our Lovely Lynn / Lynnie / Mama Bear / OG hopeful and optimistic about the future.
