Support The Truth Billboard Campaign

My name is Shankar Ramamoorthy and I'm an immigrant. I'm a card-carrying member of the ACLU.

I staunchly oppose Zionism as a colonial, racist, and as it turns out now, genocidal enterprise.

Recently, the Zionists have been taking out billboard ads all across the country to whitewash the ongoing genocide in the Occupied Territories.

One such billboard, off Highway 101 in Silicon Valley, shows a male American soldier and a female Israeli soldier, with US and Israeli flags waving in the background, and the tagline "Fighting Terrorism Together." I've parodied the advertisement in the title image for this fundraiser. Another has the slogan "Call me a Zionist. It only makes me proud." Yet another suggests that critics of Israel are hypocrites for not protesting other things, e.g., Sudan - classic whataboutism!

I have a modest proposal.

Let us put up a billboard that tells the truth about the crimes against humanity being perpetrated by Israel with the full complicity of the United States.
