It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Trujillo. Leaving behind loving husband and her two children. Mary was a bright spark in this world and will be deeply missed. She touched the lives of so many and it’s our turn to give back to her family in their time of need.

On February 22, 2025, our family was tragically struck by the sudden loss of Mary Trujillo, a loving mother, daughter, aunt, sister and friend who was taken from us too soon. Mary Trujillo and her brother Antonio Trujillo were both struck by a stray bullet fired around 7 p.m. on Saturday night. The same stray bullet that struck her brother, went through Mary injuring both of them, but causing Mary’s death. Mary was known for her beautiful personality, always with the biggest welcoming smile, made everyone feel like family, very attentive and hands on with her loved ones, lived her life with a positive attitude and generous heart and we want to honor her memory with a meaningful service.

We are now facing the unexpected burden of funeral costs and are reaching out to our community for support. Your generosity will allow us to focus on grieving and celebrating her life. As we are raising money, we could only hope to give her husband and young children financial relief and allow them to grieve as they are finding peace and resignation, being this passing was completely unexpected.

Con extrema tristeza anunciamos el fallecimiento de Mary Trujillo. Deja atrás a su amado esposo y a sus dos hijos. Mary era una estrella brillante en este mundo y la echaremos mucho de menos. Ella tocó las vidas de tantos y es nuestro turno de devolver a su familia en su momento de necesidad.

El 22 de febrero de 2025, nuestra familia fue trágicamente golpeada por la repentina pérdida de Mary Trujillo, una madre, hija, tía, hermana y amiga temerosa de Dios que nos fue arrebatada demasiado pronto. Mary Trujillo y su hermano Antonio Trujillo fueron alcanzados por una bala perdida disparada sobre las 7 de la tarde del sábado por la noche. La misma bala perdida que alcanzó a su hermano, atravesó a Mary hiriendo a ambos, pero causando la muerte de Mary. Mary era conocida por su hermosa personalidad, siempre con la mayor sonrisa de bienvenida, hizo que todos se sintieran como en familia, muy atenta y manos a la obra con sus seres queridos, vivió su vida con una actitud positiva y un corazón generoso y queremos honrar su memoria con un servicio significativo.

Ahora nos enfrentamos a la inesperada carga de los costes funerarios y pedimos ayuda a nuestra comunidad. Su generosidad nos permitirá centrarnos en el duelo y celebrar su vida. Mientras recaudamos dinero, sólo podemos esperar aliviar económicamente a su marido y a sus hijos pequeños y permitirles hacer el duelo mientras encuentran paz y resignación, ya que este fallecimiento fue completamente inesperado.
